Great Flavor and Results

I LOVE my orange drink mix. I recently started including saltstick drinkmix to my recovery after my long runs and it has changed my life! I suffer from headaches after long runs and found that it was due to lack of electrolytes. I started including the drinkmix powder in my water after my long runs and it helps prevent getting these awful headaches. The flavors are great too, orange is my favorite!
