Absolute life saver!

Great for POTS

I take these to help with my POTS, and they're amazing. I take 4 in the morning along with my regular vitamins and whatnot, and it gives me a boost until I can get some liquid electrolytes in to keep me going through the day. They're easier on my stomach than some stronger electrolyte drinks are, and I always keep some in a smaller container in my bag/pocket when I'm on the go, just in case.

Actually life-changing

These salt pills got me out of bed when my POTS was at its worst. Even compared to just drinking saltwater, taking these pills is SO EASY. That difference matters a lot when you're suffering from intense fatigue. I feel so much safer knowing that when I go out I have the pills with me in case I start feeling faint. The subscription model is convenient. And they help with hangover too!!

I especially take them before workouts, and the protection they've given me against light-headedness is what has allowed me to follow my physical therapy plan and start overcoming my POTS. Any of my friends could tell you that I love these salt pills. No joke. I am full of passion and gratitude.
