Vitassium Capsules are non-GMO, gluten free, preservative free, allergen free, starch free, and vegan. Contents per 2-capsule serving include 500mg of sodium (as 1270mg of sodium chloride) and 100mg of potassium (as potassium citrate). Other ingredients include sodium chloride, potassium citrate, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), and vegetarian stearic acid. Suggested use: Take one to two capsules with water, three to four times a day, for up to 10 capsules daily.
