Other ingredients include sodium chloride, potassium citrate, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), and vegetarian stearic acid. Suggested use: Take one to two capsules with water, three to four times a day, for up to 10 capsules daily.

Help with POTS

Electrolytes make a big difference in decreasing my POTS symptoms. These capsules are great when I want to drink something that doesn't have electrolytes in it! They are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach. The larger size container is more cost effective too, which I appreciate!

Absolutely incredible stuff

I am being completely honest when I say, this product gave me my life back. I have struggled with POTS/dysautonomia symptoms for years, and couldn't get enough electrolytes into me. I tried regular electrolyte drinks, but they weren't enough and often had undesirable flavours.
Just taking a few of these a day is allowing me to do so much more than I thought I could. Massive decrease in symptoms. <3 this product

POTS Game Changer!

These capsules completely changed my life with POTS. I was prescribed salt tablets that made me feel so nauseous when first diagnosed, and I avoided salt supplements for years because I would just feel even worse after taking them. But these are so gentle on my stomach! I take one daily with lots of water as general management of symptoms, and then carry more with me in case it is a particularly rough day. Every time I forget them in the morning, I can feel just how much of a difference it makes for me. Thank you for making such a life-changing product for those of us with dysautonomia!
